Procurement Admin Clerk - Longmeadow
Purpose:
Junior position, with a view to train into Procurement. Position entails General Admin; Assist Buyers with follow ups and schedules. Must be computer literate, Excel/Google Sheets would be advantageous.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist with reports
- Assist with ETA dates and follow up
- Communication with customers/clients
- Communication with buyers and report back to them on tasks to be performed
- Developing Excel spreadsheets to assist in purchasing functions
- Checking on stock availability
- General office and administrative duties
- Assist with answering of phones in the department and relief for PA of Managing Member
Capability Profile:
- Ability to work on Excel spreadsheets
- Capable to learn fast
- Must be adaptable and flexible to changes
- Capable of understanding instructions and importance of correct execution of duties
Qualifications & Experience
- GRADE 12
- 2 years of general administrative duties and working on Excel
