Back Orders Clerk
- To request stock from branches for items on back orders & to cancel back orders no longer required.
- To follow up on back orders with stock and expedite the process.
Typical Job Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Request stock for sales agents.
- Request stock for branches.
- Cancel back orders Back orders with stock- Reports.
- Clear obsolete items from the back orders list.
- Back orders report for sales agents.
- Authorizations to request stock from other locations.
- Follow up on outstanding requisitions.
- Maintain and process requests via the “ORB” system.
- Document and follow up with purchasing on back orders with no stock.
- Transformers back orders – report.
- Stock check.
- Administrate staff sample accounts.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies :
- Matric Qualification
- Experience in Admin
