Back Orders Clerk
Purpose :
  • To request stock from branches for items on back orders & to cancel back orders no longer required.
  • To follow up on back orders with stock and expedite the process.
Typical Job Functions include, but are not limited to:
  • Request stock for sales agents.
  • Request stock for branches.
  • Cancel back orders Back orders with stock- Reports.
  • Clear obsolete items from the back orders list.
  • Back orders report for sales agents.
  • Authorizations to request stock from other locations.
  • Follow up on outstanding requisitions.
  • Maintain and process requests via the “ORB” system.
  • Document and follow up with purchasing on back orders with no stock.
  • Transformers back orders – report.
  • Stock check.
  • Administrate staff sample accounts.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies :
  • Matric Qualification
  • Experience in Admin
