Branch Manager - Riverhorse
Purpose :
Ensure all Company policies & procedures are up held.
Typical Job Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the day to day running of the branch
- Ensure the distribution of stock is carried out timeously
- Oversee warehouse & repairs departments
- Handle customer queries & complaints
- Provide support to the Franchise Express store
- Oversee salesman & manage the branch target
- Handle marketing for the branch
- HR related issues
- Weekly & monthly reports are sent to head office
- Oversee the retail store
Education, experience and skills required :
- Good leadership skills
- Good time management
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work with many different characters & departments of the branch
- Sales & logistics experience
- Proactive approach to sales & marketing
- Good problem solving skills
