PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
  • The Manager will be responsible for maintaining an array of customer accounts and as well as achieving high sales targets, for building strong sustainable relationships with existing as well as new clients
  • Liaise and negotiate with and for suppliers and serve providers, with regards to pricing, products and deliveries
  • Provide technical support and advice on RSA standards as well as specify products into applications for the industry
KEY PERFOMANCE INDICATORS
  • Arrange training days in structured manner monthly
  • Spend sufficient time with all channels to assure has been marketed efficiently on a monthly basis
  • Market case studies to evaluate competitiveness with structured feedback on a monthly basis
  • Construct reports and deliver feedback daily to foreign interest as well as local management
  • Submit weekly reports for sales, CTC and weekly planners
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Training clients and staff on products in a structured manner in prearranged intervals and attend monthly training sessions
  • Generate new leads and assure that they are followed up by category specialist within 2-3 days
  • Assure performance analysis of category specialist is done
  • Attending weekly sales meetings and planning of weekly sales activities
  • Identify possibilities for turnkey projects, and propose turnkey solutions by conducting calls on industry weekly
