Exciting opportunity to work at ACDC DYNAMICS in Richmond Park. ACDC Dynamics, a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry is looking for a HELP DESK ADMINISTRATOR.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Help Desk Administrator provide support to a company's clients. Essential job duties for this role include ensuring a pleasant customer experience, diagnosing, and solving customer issues, managing customer accounts, taking incoming phone calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage all desk administrative duties
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure any problems are resolved
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Welcome and greet customers
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric Certificate
- Ability to prioritize
- Willing to work overtime
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
