Exciting opportunity to work at ACDC Dynamics, a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry is looking for an experienced and Dynamic Internal Sales at Head Office in Fourways

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Specialist to be responsible for providing excellent customer service, consistently maintaining the image, and vision of the organization. Achieving personal targets as well as the sales goals of the Company. An outstanding Sales Specialist should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintain an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirements. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Administration of proposals of the ACDC product range, Sales and Client maintenance with Franchises, Franchise Customer Care and Relationships


  • Following up and contacting special projects. Following process up until handing over to external salesperson
  • Training to be attended (To attend 4 official training sessions per annum)
  • Sending feedback to Supervisor when a rep is required to visit someone on the quote report.
  • Negotiating and closing sales (includes requesting discount to convert sales)
  • Prepare quotes for Franchise stores and attend to their queries.
  • Quoting on inbound call centre, following the sales process to invoice stage
  • Processing telephonic, e-mail and external representative sales orders
  • Up and Cross selling including promotion of specials and advising clients of alternatives.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Processing telephonic, e-mail and external representative sales orders
  • Request stock via Back Order Clerk to complete orders
  • Daily, Weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Queries and general admin
  • Following up on Quotes and Tenders, resolving complaints
  • Answering incoming calls & mails
  • Back-order follow ups.
  • Develop own competencies required for daily functions.
  • Sales target to be reached monthly, subject to budget and target review by the Company.
  • Advise technical information.
  • Resolving complaints expeditiously
  • Defuse irate customer situations and provide feasible solutions.
  • Liaising with clients and relevant departments on ETA's & back orders
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, fellow staff, and management.
  • Searching for and capitalizing on new product opportunities positioning and branding for the respective product range in stores and franchises


  • Experience with South African National Standards
  • Experience knowledge in an Electrical manufacturing/sales environment
  • An Electrical or similar technical qualification will be advantageous.
  • 3 to 5 years in related sales function
  • Admin or similar role experience/ Inbound Sales
  • Knowledge of AccPac will be an advantage.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Preferably bilingual in English, and Afrikaans
  • Reside in or around Eastrand area
  • A stable work record and have contactable references.
  • Please note you will be required to work these Hours: Monday to Thursday 07h30 – 17h00 and Fridays until 16h00
