Exciting opportunity to work at ACDC Dynamics, a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry is looking for an Internal Sales Franchise. 

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Individuals to be responsible for providing excellent customer service, consistently maintaining the image, and vision of the organization. Achieving personal targets as well as the sales goals of the Company. Someone who displays a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintain an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. 

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Responsible for administration of proposals of the ACDC product range. Responsible for sales and client maintenance with Franchises.  Accountable for Franchise customer care and building relationships

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for quoting franchising
  • Processing telephonic, e-mail and external representative sales orders
  • Responsible for follow up on back orders
  • Responsible for quote reports and follow up
  • Responsible for queries and general administration
  • Request stock via Back Order clerk to complete orders
  • Accountable for negotiating and closing sales. (Includes requesting discount to convert sales)
  • Responsible for requesting feedback and follow up on ETA`s via procurement department.
  • Responsible for daily reports
  • Responsible for up and cross selling including promotion of specialist (to supply evidence and regularity)
  • Relationship building and co-operation with external sales team and other departments
  • Resolving complaints timeously
  • Time keeping, housekeeping, personal grooming, and general discipline (clock and log in reports as evidence)
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Training to be attended (to attend 4 official training sessions per annum)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • 2 years of sales in an electrical environment
  • In-bound sales experience
  • Experience with South African National Standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to cope with change and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Process driven
  • Systems orientated
  • Strong personality
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
