Exciting opportunity to work at ACDC Dynamics, a leading manufacturer, importer and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry is looking for an experienced and Dynamic Key Accounts Associate

We are looking for a target-driven Key Accounts Associates to be responsible for providing excellent customer service, consistently maintaining the image, and vision of the organization. Achieving personal targets as well as the sales goals of the Company. An outstanding Sales Specialist should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintain an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Accounts Associate present and sell products or services to clients/organizations. They contact potential buyers, present products and services, answer questions and discuss pricing. Improve sales and overall business growth by building long-lasting customer relationships.


  1. Analysis of the marketplace as well as possible designing of a market strategy based on their product offering and relative to the client base demographics
  2. Searching for and capitalizing on new product opportunities positioning and branding for the respective product range in client stores
  3. Together with respective Brand or Category managers, developing product launch programs as well as formulation of customer days or product awareness campaigns within the client portfolio
  4. Liaising with Senior Management and ensuring that sales targets are met
  5. Analysing current marketplace and ensuring feedback is given regarding important market and competitive information
  6. Training clients on products as and when required
  7. Executing sales strategies
  8. Generating new leads and developing existing customers
  9. Responding to customer enquiries
  10. Achieving high sales targets and goals
  11. Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts
  12. When required, giving sales presentations to various levels of audiences
  13. Managing employer’s expectations, client relationships and providing these with excellent service and support
  14. Providing feedback regarding suggestions for improvement and market research
  15. Ability to deal with and respond to high volumes of emails
  16. As and when required, liaising with any business partner regarding exhibitions/ customers’ day etc of any type with reference to ACDC Dynamics and attends these events and or arranging these events
  17. Quotation formulation and follow up of these
  18. Attending Sales Meetings and providing the necessary information/ statistics etc
  19. Planning as well as submission of weekly calls and reporting on weekly activities
  20. Customer account maintenance
  21. Attending of ad hoc training sessions


  1. Valid Drivers License
  2. Own car essential
  3. Experience knowledge in an Electrical manufacturing/sales environment requirement
  4. An Electrical or similar technical qualification will be advantageous.
  5. 3 to 5 years’ in related sales function
  6. Proven marketing and sales competencies and ability to analyse market and set new strategy
  7. Ability to establish new markets/ establish new business relationships and train clients on products
  8. Preferably bilingual in English, and Afrikaans
  9. Able to commence employment immediately
  10. A stable work record, and have contactable references
  11. Please note you will be required to work Retail Hours: Monday to Thursday 07h30 – 17h00 and Fridays until 16h00 Saturdays (per roster schedule)  and Public Holidays if required

  2. A willingness to represent the Company in a responsible manner, promoting and maintaining a professional image at all times
  3. Appearing well presented and neat
  4. Customer focussed with the desire to provide a complete “end-to-end” service by going the extra mile
  5. Experience knowledge in an Electrical manufacturing/sales environment will be an advantage
  6. Technical product knowledge of our products will be advantageous
