  • Effectively and efficiently control switchboard
  • General office administration and filling
  • Provide administrative support to all departments
  • Provide secretarial services and logistic support to all departments
  • Book boardrooms and ensure that these are ready for meetings
  • Assist as and when required with other office administration duties
