- 5 years’ experience in related function

Typical Job Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Full reception function
- Professionally answer and redirect all calls
- Take messages and transfer messages promptly
- Effectively and efficiently control switchboard
- General office administration and filling
- Provide administrative support to all departments
- Provide secretarial services and logistic support to all departments
- Book boardrooms and ensure that these are ready for meetings
- Assist as and when required with other office administration duties
- Professionally answer and redirect all calls
