Technical Call Centre Agent - Longmeadow
Purpose :
To offer a technical client service and to develop and sustain client relationships..
Typical job functions include, but are not limited to :
- Client Service
- Answer technical queries from website
- National technical queries
- Sales/retail enquiries and part
- Resolving issues and or queries
- Testing items in repairs
- Liaise with suppliers
- Assisting in Retail Store
- Administrative functions
- Housekeeping of work station
- Answering incoming calls & mails
- Help out as and when required
- Defuse irate customers situations and provide feasible solutions
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers, fellow staff and management
- Develop own competencies required for daily functions
- Making yourself available for exhibitions, franchise open days and launches as and when required
- Making yourself available for Product knowledge training sessions as and when these occur (ie. Ad hock Saturday training)
- Up & Cross-selling as well as advising clients of alternate product possibilities
- Saturday trade as per rotational schedule
- When required, working with Brand Specialists
- Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders
- Maintain high standard knowledge about company’s products and services
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Required :
- Previous Electrical sales experience of at least 5years
- Ability to offer electrical solutions on a high level
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Computer literacy
- High attention to detail
- Good judgement
- Problem solving abilities
- People orientated and well developed communication and inter personal skills
- Flexible
- Persistence
- Apply a positive attitude and self-discipline
- Positive work ethics
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-starter
