Training Officer - Longmeadow
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Required:
- B degree or B tech degree would be an advantage
- 5 - 7 Years’ experience in similar training role
- Industry experience advantageous
- The ability to work within a high pressure environment
- Proficient in English & Afrikaans, both written and orally
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google applications as well as knowing your way around a computer
- Ability to work diligently in a team environment
- Proven multi-tasking capability and admin skill
Typical Job Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Identify training needs and implement schedules to implement training as required
- Liaison with external training providers
- Liaison with Merseta regarding reports and submissions
- Design and create training manuals and programs and presentations and assessment tolls
- Design training programs for new requested training program if necessary
- Present induction training to all new employees
- Work with Infinity (internal company) to assist them with training for the tranchises
- Assist with BEE audits
- Responsible for booking all training rooms and booking maintenance as required
- Assisting brand managers with supplier training ie customer training sessions
- Create itineraries for all international visitors as necessary
- Maintain and update training database
- Save all certificates of training completed
- File all copies of certificates and other relevant training documents
- Update induction training manual/ Sales policies and procedures/ purchasing procedures etc
- Other tasks as necessary related to training
