Careers / Warehouse: Lock-up Manager

Warehouse – Lock-up Manager
Purpose :
To work in conjunction with other managers and monitor, develop, allocate and control work to groups of subordinates to specific areas of the operation.
Typical job functions include, but are not limited to :
- Supervise and maintain all tasks relating to the function of a bulk / lock up store
- Ensure that all procedures with regards to stock control, receiving, packing, picking, checking are carried out correctly
- Responsible for daily store maintenance
- Carry out cycle counts, ensuring that the store is correctly prepared for Stock Counts
- Supervise staff and HR tasks relating to these staff
- Ensure stock levels are correctly maintained and that all documents relating to the Stores are processed according to the Stores Procedures
- Assist where needed
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Required :
- Grade 12
- 5 years Logistic/Warehouse experience
- Flexible in Approval
